Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–8 business days. If you place your order after 5:00 pm GMT, it will be processed the next working day.

You can return unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. In those cases, we’ll cover the return costs.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we process refunds within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
