Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ovarn. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered by our product warranty, how long the coverage lasts, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.
1. Length and scope of warranty
All lighting and glassware products purchased from Ovarn are covered by a one‑year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects or workmanship faults that render the product unusable under normal, intended use.
2. What is covered
During the warranty period we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that develops a manufacturing defect. Examples of covered defects include:
- Electrical faults or premature failure of lighting components not caused by misuse;
 - Structural defects such as broken welds or seams on fixtures that occur despite proper use;
 - Faulty finishes or materials that peel or corrode under normal conditions.
 
3. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modification;
 - Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, or fading that occur with regular use;
 - Damage resulting from improper care or failure to follow product instructions;
 - Consumable parts (e.g. light bulbs) or free gifts.
 
If a product shows signs of misuse or abuse, we may refuse the warranty claim.
4. How to make a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team by email at support@ovarn.com within the warranty period. Please provide your order number, product name and a description of the defect.
 - Our support team may ask for photographs or additional information to assess your claim.
 - If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products. Please do not return any items without prior authorisation.
 - Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and, if eligible, arrange a repair or send a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or a refund.
 
5. Limitations and your statutory rights
This warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. It does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law. In the United Kingdom you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; this warranty is provided in addition to those rights and does not replace them.
